Tariff Reform Working Group
The Tariff Reform Working Group - Residential (TRWG-R) established under the Terms of Reference of the Customer and Community Council is a working group of customer advocates and energy sector experts. This group has been established to work in partnership with Energex and Ergon Energy Network on developing potential new residential network tariffs for the purposes of customer trail(s) in 2022, insights from which will inform the respective Networks’ Tariff Structure Statements (TSSs) for the 2025-30 regulatory period.
Agriculture Forum
The Agriculture Forum meets to discusses topics and issues that are specific to the agricultural industry.
Other advocacy and listening forums
We are also continuing our annual Major Customer Forum in partnership with the Queensland Government. And we host and participate in other forums to listen and share knowledge with our industry partners, such as electrical contractors, developers and retailers.
