To engage on the challenging, more complex issues, Energy Queensland works with advocacy groups that represent our many different customer segments.

Energy Queensland Customer and Community Council

The Energy Queensland Customer and Community Council is a forum through which Energy Queensland can work together with key customer representatives and stakeholder organisations to provide advice and insights regarding issues and initiatives that impact our customers and communities, to explore business decisions relating to customer and community needs and expectations, emerging customer and community issues and initiatives in energy infrastructure and services, and the provision of energy solutions across Queensland.

Reset Reference Group

The Ergon Energy Network and Energex Reset Reference Group (RRG) has been established to facilitate customer and community participation in the 2025 regulatory process.

Agriculture Forum

The Agriculture Forum meets to discusses topics and issues that are specific to the agricultural industry.
